We bring together the beachcombing community providing the best tips and tricks to continue to enjoy their hobby. We are passionate about teaching people how a beach gets to be a beach, how we can protect and conserve our beaches and their ecosystem.

Meet Your Instructor

Doris Otero, PhD.

Dr. Doris is a Coastal Engineer and has over 10 years of experience in Coastal Engineering. She has a doctorate and a master's degree in Environmental Engineering. She loves the beach and enjoys sharing with others her knowledge of beach dynamics and beach ecology.
