Seabeans Fundamentals
Learn more about this drift seeds that float the oceans for years to become seabeans.
These courses are for the people who like the beach, go to the beach, and enjoy collecting seashells and beachcombing.
They come in all shapes and sizes and make for an excellent beachcombing activity. These seabeans don't initially come from the sea. The seeds fall from trees into rivers or streams, and are eventually taken out to sea where they travel the ocean currents until they are brought to the beach by waves and wind.
Seabeans have floating capabilities because they have an internal air pocket within the seed. This air pocket is often trapped by the hard outer covering of the hard beans.
Seabean drift onto beaches around the world, particularly after higher than normal tides during hurricane season.
